Roy B. Evans Jr. was a true industry leader and pioneer at PCMA whose legacy continues to resonate throughout the business events industry. As PCMA’s president and CEO from 1982-2000, he established the:

• PCMA Foundation.
• Award-winning Convene magazine.
• Annual Party With a Purpose fundraiser.
• Formation of PCMA chapters.
• PCMA.org website.

The Roy B. Evans Student Scholarship Fund, created in his honor in 2004, has provided more than 30 scholarships to students interested in a business events career. And now, students will receive complimentary membership to PCMA.
