The health and safety of our attendees is our top priority. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we are currently experiencing, it became clear that adjusting the plans for this year’s Partnership Summit was necessary. The decision was made after careful consideration and in collaboration with our partners at Hilton and Discover Puerto Rico.
We are committed to delivering an exceptional event experience to all of our guests. This event is designed to foster engagement among top leaders in the industry while fundraising for the PCMA Foundation in order continue to provide pertinent research and scholarships.

If you are no longer able to attend, your organization should find an alternative representative to attend in your place. Please communicate that to your PCMA Staff Liaison.
Currently, most airlines are waiving fees to reschedule flights depending on when they were booked. Please work directly with your airline to adjust your ticket according to the new event dates.
Sponsorships for the 2020 Partnership Summit will not be refunded. Please contact your assigned PCMA Staff Liaison to discuss next steps.
Yes. PCMA will follow up with anyone who has indicated on the form that their guest is no longer able to attend.

Complete this form to let us know your plans. Once the form is complete, a member of the PCMA Team will follow up to help adjust your flights.
If you have confirmed your availability to attend, a member of the PCMA team will follow up with you to adjust your flight itineraries according to the new dates.
If you are no longer able to participate, your registration and flight will be canceled by PCMA.
Because attendance at the program is invitation-only by the sponsors, we cannot transfer your registration to next year’s event. We will add your name to a list of clients for the 2021 event and work to pair you with a sponsor, although there are no guarantees.
